What does INSPIREnepal do
INSPIREnepal is a foundation and volunteering organization which focuses on disabled and disadvantaged children and youngsters. We also focus on helping the population develop economic, cultural and social areas. Our projects mainly focus on education, creative development and expression because the influence and results will last through out their lives.
There are several projects that offer financial support, individual disabled youngsters are sponsored for medication and education. We usually offer support to deaf children to learn sign language and to develop their creative abilities like having music classes. Families of disabled children are financially supported by providing food and materials through monthly sponsorships.
We believe in the strength and talents of the Nepalese population and we help them to develop their strengths as much as possible. We want volunteers to use their skills so that the Nepalese themselves have the skills and knowledge to work on their future.
Not only the Nepelese will benefit from the projects, the volunteers themselves will benefit as well. Often the positivity of the local people and the harsh conditions of living change the volunteer’s perspective on their life, the valuable insights and experiences will change the volunteers as a person. The volunteers will be living as the locals and the knowledge that they will share with each individual has an unbelievable value!
